SHIPPING POLICY

All SlumberTrek online orders are generally processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you do not receive any email communications after placing an order, contact wholesale@slumbertrekbrands.com.au 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Introductory Rates - Australia only

Orders under $500 – Flat rate $25 

Orders over $500 – FREE 

We offer Australia-wide domestic delivery on all purchases from our website. All prices stated are in Australian Dollars (AUD). 
Deliveries are made from 9:00am – 5:00pm on weekdays via a postal service. The postal company will contact you via text message or email with the phone number or email you provided at checkout to notify you on the delivery details and the estimated day of arrival.

FAQS

How do I check the status of my order? 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.  

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at slumbertrekbrands.com.au with your name and order details. 

Shipping to P.O. boxes 

We do not offer shipping to P.O boxes.
